The Dimar Dirose™ system is the ONLY Rosette Cutter on the market that features German made brazed carbide tipped replaceable knives and an identical matching optional shaper cutter head which allows the user to make matching moldings. Dimar offers FIFTEEN unique standard knife profiles along with SIX blank knives for custom profiling. The choice of removable knives allows a variety of rosette patterns in many shapes and sizes. Customers also have a choice of purchasing one rosette bit with five pairs of knives or one rosette bit with five pairs of knives and one cutter head (cutter heads are available with ¾”, 1” and 1 ¼” bore sizes). All sets include an attractive wooden case, 1 Allen key and the following pairs of knives; 1800010, 1800020, 1800030, 1800050 and 1800100.

The Dirose cutter is designed to work mainly in man-made materials, such as MDF and particle board. To achieve good results with natural woods, we recommend that you test several spindle speeds and feed rates.
