All DIMAR’s bearings conform to the ABEC system, ISO and the German DIN standards.The ABEC scale is a system for rating the manufacturing tolerances of “precision bearings”. The system was developed by the Annular Bearing Engineering committee or Council (ABEC) of the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA). The International Standards Organization (ISO) and the German National Standards Organization (DIN) use similar scales to rate the precision of bearings.

Dimar's Precision Super-Guide™ Ball Bearings are factory fitted with an exclusive non-marring DELRIN sleeve for unsurpassed performance designed especially for routing solid surface materials such as DuPont's Corian™.  These new Super-Guide™ bearing assemblies will guarantee not to leave marks on the material being cut.

We have assembled the Replacement Parts in Sets. It is advisable to replace the Screws whenever the Ball Bearings are replaced. It will prolong tool life by eliminating damaged threads.
