Dowel pins, are one of the most common methods used to reinforce joints and support shelves and other components in cabinet making.

Dimar’s line of Fluted Birchwood Dowel Pins is made in Europe from premium high shear strength Birchwood. Every Dimar dowel pin has the same consistent diameter (+.005”) offering a precise fit every time. The deep grooves allow for high glue retention while the consistent moisture (6%-8%) allow for minimum diameter change.

Dimar offers a selection of five dowel pin sizes including 1/4”x1 1/4”, 1/4”x1 1/2”, 5/16”x1 1/2”, 3/8”x1 1/2” and 3/8”x1 3/4”. Dimar’s dowel pins are suitable for hand or automatic feeding Dowel machines.

Dimar’s dowel pins are supplied in bags of 250 pieces and are sold in quantities of 25, 50 and 100 bags.
